Another HUGE plus is her relationship she has with the lender from Bell Bank, if there was a house I really liked Katie would reach out to her contact from the lender and she would run number for us. So if we did want to make an offer we were ready and comfortable with all the payments. Whether you are buying or selling she will always fight for you as her client. Highly recommended! Purchasing our first home, Deb made us feel extremely comfortable every step of the way.
