Katie is the best, we have used her to buy and sell about 3 times now (in our forever home now). I think one of her best qualities are attention to details and how she makes sure we are understanding all our options. Another HUGE plus is her relationship she has with the lender from Bell Bank, if there was a house I really liked Katie would reach out to her contact from the lender and she would run number for us. So if we did want to make an offer we were ready and comfortable with all the payments. Whether you are buying or selling she will always fight for you as her client. Highly recommended! Purchasing our first home, Deb made us feel extremely comfortable every step of the way. Not only did she give us honest advice and pros/cons for every house we looked at based off of her knowledge and experience, she was never pushy or tried to make us settle (like some realtors can be).
