Designed and built by Architects William Purcell and George Elmslie in 1912. They were prolific designers of prairie style homes. It is located in the West Summit Avenue Historic District in Saint Paul. Not only is this house in the Summit Avenue Historic District. This house itself is is also on the National Historic Register.
